Quality Control Standards and Returns Procedures

Please be prepared to supply the order number and item number from your original confirmation e-mail, as well as your e-mail address and phone number. Tan-gan.com will make every reasonable effort to assist you with your return. If you do not contact Customer Service, you are responsible for all return shipping charges.

Items should be returned to us unused and with all the TAN-GAN tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Authenticity cards, dust bags, boxes and tags should be included with your return. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

All TAN-GAN merchandise undergoes a strict quality control process and is thoroughly checked before leaving our warehouse. Subsequently, we make every possible effort to display colors and details as accurately as possible. As computer monitors may vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of be completely accurate.

Shipping and Handling

Orders placed on tan-gan.com are processed Monday-Friday 9am to 3 pm GMT/UTC + 08:00 hours (excluding major holidays) and are shipped within 3-5 business days from when the order was placed, pending payment authorization and verification.

Shipping costs are based the location of your shipping address and total weight of your order. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order. All shipping methods allow packages to be tracked online.

When can you track your order?

At our warehouse, tracking numbers are assigned, when applicable, to packages immediately and generally appear on our website along with your order information. However, it may take up to 48 hours before the package is checked into the carrier's tracking system. Even though your package has already shipped from our warehouse and is on its way to you, the carrier may not be able to provide any information about your package for up to 48 hours.
