If you do not contact Customer Service, you are responsible for all return shipping charges.

Items should be returned to us unused and with all the TAN-GAN tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Authenticity cards, dust bags, boxes and tags should be included with your return. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

All TAN-GAN merchandise undergoes a strict quality control process and is thoroughly checked before leaving our warehouse. Subsequently, we make every possible effort to display colors and details as accurately as possible. As computer monitors may vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of be completely accurate.
